Mail and Package Forwarding by Request Policy

At Sahada Coworking, we do not operate as a shipping carrier, courier service, or general mail-forwarding business. Any forwarding of mail, packages, or other items is limited, optional, and available only upon the member’s express request and Sahada Coworking’s approval.

1. Limited Forwarding Service

Mail, packages, or other items received on behalf of a member may be forwarded only if:

  • the member expressly requests forwarding through an official Sahada Coworking communication channel;

  • Sahada Coworking confirms or approves the request; and

  • all applicable charges, shipping costs, and related fees are paid in advance, if required.

Forwarding is not automatic and is not guaranteed.

2. No Obligation to Forward

Sahada Coworking is not obligated to forward any mail, package, or item unless it expressly agrees to do so.

If no forwarding request is made, if instructions are incomplete, or if Sahada Coworking does not confirm the request, Sahada Coworking may hold the item for pickup, return it to sender when appropriate, or otherwise handle it in accordance with its applicable policies.

3. Member Authorization and Instructions

The member must provide clear and complete forwarding instructions, including, as applicable:

  • the member’s full name;

  • a description of the item;

  • the destination address;

  • the preferred shipping method, if any;

  • the intended recipient, if different from the member; and

  • any other information reasonably requested by Sahada Coworking.

Sahada Coworking may rely on the instructions provided by the member and is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information.

4. Charges and Payment

The member is responsible for all costs associated with forwarding, including, as applicable:

  • postage or shipping charges;

  • packaging and materials;

  • handling fees;

  • carrier surcharges;

  • insurance, if requested or required; and

  • any other related costs.

Sahada Coworking may require advance payment before forwarding any item. If payment is not made in advance when requested, Sahada Coworking may decline to forward the item.

5. Carrier, Timing, and Delivery

Sahada Coworking may choose the carrier, shipping method, and packaging method in its reasonable discretion unless it expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Any delivery date or estimated transit time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Sahada Coworking is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, customs issues, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

6. Prohibited, Restricted, or Unsafe Items

Sahada Coworking may refuse to forward any item that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be:

  • prohibited by law;

  • hazardous, dangerous, or unsafe;

  • perishable;

  • improperly packaged;

  • restricted by the carrier;

  • suspicious, unidentified, or unverifiable; or

  • otherwise inappropriate for forwarding.

Sahada Coworking also reserves the right to refuse forwarding where it believes the request may expose Sahada Coworking to liability, legal risk, or operational burden.

7. Risk of Loss, No Insurance, and Carrier Claims

Once an item is released to a carrier or other third party for forwarding, the risk of loss, delay, theft, misdelivery, or damage transfers to the member to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Sahada Coworking does not provide insurance for forwarded items unless expressly agreed in writing in advance. If the member wishes to obtain shipping insurance or declared value coverage, it is the member’s responsibility to request it and pay all applicable charges in advance.

Sahada Coworking is not liable for loss, theft, delay, damage, or failed delivery caused by the carrier or by events beyond Sahada Coworking’s reasonable control.

The member shall be solely responsible for tracking the shipment, communicating with the carrier, and pursuing any claim, refund, reimbursement, or recovery directly with the carrier or shipping provider, unless Sahada Coworking expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Shipping charges, postage, carrier fees, packaging costs, insurance premiums, and other third-party delivery expenses already incurred by Sahada Coworking in connection with a forwarding request are non-refundable once the item has been tendered to the carrier or such costs have otherwise been incurred, except to the extent Sahada Coworking actually receives a refund or credit from the applicable carrier or provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any refund or credit issued by Sahada Coworking in connection with a forwarding request shall be limited, if at all, to Sahada Coworking’s own forwarding or handling fee actually paid by the member, and shall not include the value of the contents or third-party shipping, postage, or carrier costs already incurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sahada Coworking’s total liability relating to any forwarding request shall be limited to the amount, if any, actually paid by the member to Sahada Coworking specifically for Sahada Coworking’s own forwarding or handling service at issue, excluding the value of the contents and excluding third-party shipping, postage, insurance, and carrier charges, except to the extent the loss or damage is finally determined to have resulted from Sahada Coworking’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional wrongdoing.

8. Packaging and Inspection Rights

Sahada Coworking may require reasonable verification of the sender, recipient, member identity, destination, or contents before agreeing to forward an item.

To the extent permitted by law and where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, identification, or operational purposes, Sahada Coworking reserves the right to decline forwarding unless the member provides adequate information about the item.

9. Items Delivered by Third Parties for a Member

If a third party delivers an item for a member and later the member requests that Sahada Coworking forward that item, the same rules in this policy shall apply.

Acceptance of an item at the front desk or location does not create any automatic duty to forward, insure, store long-term, or guarantee delivery of that item.

10. No Insurance Unless Expressly Arranged

Sahada Coworking does not provide insurance for forwarded items unless expressly agreed in writing. If the member wants shipping insurance, it is the member’s responsibility to request it and pay any applicable cost in advance.

11. Policy Changes

Sahada Coworking may update this Mail and Package Forwarding by Request Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be published through Sahada Coworking’s official channels.
