Subscription Terms and Conditions

At Sahada Coworking, we aim to operate with transparency and clear rules. These Subscription Terms and Conditions apply to memberships purchased through our official channels. In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the applicable Membership Agreement, Invoice Terms, or other service-specific agreement accepted by the client/member, the applicable Agreement or Invoice Terms shall prevail.

1. Payment Terms

Members are responsible for all applicable fees upon registration. Members may choose between monthly or annual subscription plans, subject to the terms of the selected membership.

All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless Sahada expressly authorizes otherwise in writing under extraordinary circumstances.

Sahada Coworking reserves the right to modify its rates at any time upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice, whether by posting the updated rates on the website, by email notification, or through other official communication channels. Continued use of the services after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the updated rate.

2. Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are billed in advance and automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

To cancel a monthly membership, the Member must provide notice at least thirty (30) days in advance through an official Sahada Coworking communication channel.

The membership will remain active and continue to be billed until the 30-day notice period has been completed. Cancellation will become effective at the close of the applicable billing cycle following fulfillment of the notice requirement.

There are no refunds or prorations for partial months, unused benefits, unused credits, or unused time.

3. Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are billed and paid in advance and automatically renew on a year-to-year basis until canceled.

To avoid renewal for the next annual term, the Member must provide notice at least thirty (30) days in advance through an official Sahada Coworking communication channel.

There are no refunds or prorations for annual memberships, including unused benefits, unused credits, or unused time, unless expressly authorized in writing by Sahada in extraordinary circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

A Member may request cancellation of a membership at any time, subject to the applicable notice requirements set forth in these Terms and in any applicable Membership Agreement.

To be valid, a cancellation request must be submitted through an official Sahada Coworking communication channel, including email, WhatsApp, text message, phone call, the Sahada Coworking app, in person, or any other official communication method authorized by Sahada Coworking.

However, no cancellation request shall be considered received, valid, or effective unless the Member has evidence that Sahada Coworking responded to or confirmed receipt of the cancellation request. Such confirmation may be made by email, WhatsApp, text message, phone call, through the Sahada Coworking app, in person, or through any other official communication channel of Sahada Coworking.

The membership will remain active and continue to be billed until both of the following have occurred:
(1) Sahada Coworking has responded to or confirmed receipt of the cancellation request; and
(2) the applicable notice period has been fully completed.

A cancellation request does not entitle the Member to an immediate refund, immediate termination, or proration. Membership access and related benefits will continue only as provided under the applicable billing cycle and notice period.

Members may reactivate access by enrolling again in an available subscription plan, subject to then-current rates, terms, and availability.

5. No Refund / No Proration Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Sahada, all subscription fees are non-refundable.

No refunds, partial refunds, or prorations will be issued for:

  • partial billing periods;

  • unused services, time, benefits, or credits;

  • failure to use the membership;

  • voluntary cancellation by the Member.

Where applicable under Sahada’s separate Returns, Cancellations, Credit Notes, and Terms of Service Policy, Sahada may issue a Credit Note instead of a monetary refund in eligible situations. Any such Credit Note shall be subject to the terms and limitations of that policy.

6. Member Rights and Obligations

For the duration of the subscription, the Member shall comply with all obligations, duties, rules, policies, and terms applicable to the membership, including the Membership Agreement, internal rules, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any service-specific conditions published by Sahada Coworking.

The Member is responsible for maintaining accurate contact, billing, and account information and must notify Sahada promptly of any changes.

The Member shall not misuse Sahada’s facilities, services, address, systems, or membership benefits, and shall not engage in unlawful activity.

If the membership includes a commercial or virtual address, the Member must immediately cease using that address and any associated services upon expiration or termination of the service. Continued use after termination may generate applicable charges and other remedies as permitted by Sahada’s applicable policies.

7. Sahada’s Rights and Obligations

For the duration of the subscription, Sahada Coworking shall honor the obligations arising under the applicable membership and service terms.

Sahada will also respect the Member’s privacy rights as described in its Privacy Policy.

Sahada reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services in accordance with its agreements and policies, including in cases of non-payment, misuse, unlawful conduct, violation of terms, or other authorized grounds.

8. Privacy and Related Policies

Use of Sahada Coworking services is also subject to Sahada’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Membership Agreement, Invoice Terms, and any other applicable written policy or agreement.

Members are encouraged to review all applicable policies carefully before purchasing or renewing a membership.

9. Sahada Rewards Club Program Rules

The Sahada Rewards Club is open to active members and eligible customers who maintain a valid and verified account with Sahada Coworking.

Members may access and share their unique referral link through their account dashboard. Referral links may be shared with individuals who are not currently members of the Sahada Rewards Club.

To qualify for referral rewards, the referred person must use the referral link to create a new account, maintain the account in good standing, and complete a qualifying first purchase of an eligible membership or service with Sahada Coworking.

Upon successful completion of the referred person’s first qualifying order, and subject to compliance with the program requirements, both the referring member and the referred person will receive ten (10) points, equivalent to a $10.00 credit, to be added to their Sahada Rewards Club account for future use.

There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a member may make, unless otherwise restricted by Sahada in writing or by system limitations. Rewards may also be earned through other qualifying loyalty actions, subject to program terms.

Individuals who open a new account without a referral may receive five (5) points, equivalent to a $5.00 credit, if such action qualifies under the applicable loyalty settings in effect at that time.

Individuals who make a qualifying purchase without a referral may receive five (5) points, equivalent to a $5.00 credit, if such action qualifies under the applicable loyalty settings in effect at that time.

Rewards, points, and credits under the Sahada Rewards Club are promotional in nature, are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and may only be used in accordance with the rules, redemption options, expiration terms, and program conditions made available by Sahada Coworking.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Sahada Coworking, loyalty points earned through the Sahada Rewards Club may expire, be modified, suspended, or discontinued in accordance with the program terms then in effect. Sahada Coworking reserves the right to establish or modify expiration periods, redemption conditions, eligible rewards, and related program rules at any time, with or without prior notice, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Sahada reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sahada Rewards Club, the referral program, the point system, redemption values, eligible actions, or any other aspect of the program at any time, with or without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law. Any such change will apply prospectively.

Sahada reserves the right to investigate, deny, reverse, or void points, referral credits, or rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, cancellation or refund of the qualifying transaction, violation of program rules, or any other misuse of the program.

10. Changes to These Terms

Sahada may update these Subscription Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be published through Sahada’s official channels. Continued use of the services after the effective date of any update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised terms.
