  • What exactly is a coworking space?

Coworking spaces are essentially shared workspaces. They are used primarily by professionals who require office space at an affordable price. People are often drawn to using coworking spaces to avoid the isolation of working from home, as these spaces offer a coworking community and hub for like-minded people to work in a professional environment. Coworking spaces are perfect for small businesses, freelancers or new start-ups.

Coworking is the new way of working and is not just about the sharing of infrastructure and cost, it is also about belonging to a community, accessibility and sustainability.

  • What different Memberships are available?

We offer ‘Flexible Desk’ memberships ,‘Reserved Desk’ memberships and 'Virtual' memberships. Monthly or annual membership options are available. 

  • What are the prices of Memberships?

‘Flexible Desk’ Memberships are $300 monthly and ‘Reserved Desk’ Memberships are $400 monthly. We also offer ‘Shop Pay’ installments, which allows you to purchase a membership up front and pay for it later. 

  • What comes with ‘Flexible Desk’ memberships and ‘Reserved Desk’ memberships?
Both memberships include: 
        • High-speed internet

        • Post mail
        • 40 black & white copies and 10 color copies (monthly)

      • Can I rent space for just a day or a few days? 

      Absolutely! We offer Day Passes at just $35 per day, which allows use of our coworking space until close. Day Passes include fast internet, access to kitchen, complimentary beverages and free parking.

      • Are meeting rooms available?

      Yes, they are. Depending on your needs, we offer 3 different options for purchase:

        • Meeting Room (1-3 People) starting at $25/hour (up to 8 hours)
        • Meeting Room (3-6 People) starting at $50/hour (up to 8 hours)
        • Bulk Meeting Room Credits allow you to buy in advance to save! Starting at $100/4 hours (up to 40 hours). Purchasing Bulk Meeting Room Credits will not only secure you your meeting space, but you will also be paying less per hour, as the rates are discounted.

      *You must be part-time or full-time enrolled at a college or university in order to qualify. Students must submit a Verification of Enrollment every semester.

      • Is there a kitchen on-site?

      Of course there is! Beverages, (water and coffee), are provided complimentary as part of your membership. Please feel free to help yourself whenever you like. Snacks will be available for purchase up in the reception area. A microwave and refrigerator are available for use as well. Please ask the receptionist for the snack options.

       

      • Is there a smoke-friendly area?

      Yes, there will be a designated outdoor area where members can take a break to smoke.

       

      • Are pets allowed?

      While we love pets, we ask that you please keep yours at home. *Registered service animals/ESA’s are welcome, as long as you let staff know beforehand.*

       

      • Will there be on-site parking? 

      Yes. There will be FREE, secure/private, on-site parking for all of our members and their clients.

       

      • Do you offer mail services?

      Yes, we do! We also offer 3 different Virtual Address packages. Check out our Virtual Address section at https://www.sahadacoworking.com/ collections/virtual-address or ask one of our representatives for more information.

       

      • Can I bring guests or do I have to come alone?

      As a Sahada Coworking member, you are welcome to invite guests into our building, subject to the following rules, and depending on membership or booking type:

      • If you have a private office with Sahada Coworking, you may host guests in connection with a meeting room booking or in your private office space, provided that you do not exceed the meeting room or private office capacity at any time.
      • If you have a Flexible Desk or Reserved Desk Membership, you must have a meeting room or private office booked to host guests at our location. You can book meeting rooms on our webpage, email, text message or phone. The number of guests permitted is limited to the capacity of the booked meeting room or private office. The guests will be permitted to access the premises only during the booking period.*
      • If you have a Day Pass, you must have a meeting room booked to host guests at our location. You can book meeting rooms on our webpage, email, text message or phone. The guests permitted is limited to the capacity of the booked meeting room or private office. The guests will be permitted to access the premises only during the booking period.*
      • If you have Meeting Room Credits, you must book the meeting room.  You can book meeting rooms on our webpage, email, text message or phone. The guests permitted is limited to the capacity of the booked meeting room or private office. The guests will be permitted to access the premises only during the booking period.*

      *Please, pre-register your guests before arrival to optimize their experience. Guests will need to sign in at the front desk upon arrival. Sahada Coworking uses its proprietary system to document all guests entering our operated location. Please make sure the guest brings their government-issued photo ID to check-in.

      As a member, you are responsible for all actions conducted by your guests. You are required to be present in the building when your guests visit. Guests are not allowed in the building if the member is not there to meet them.

      • What are your hours of operation?

       We are currently open Monday-Friday, from 9am-8pm. We also plan on being open during the weekends in the future!
