For those seeking additional support, we also offer an upgraded plan that includes 3 hours of 1:1 mentorship per month with Amani Sahada, focusing on legal, fiscal, and strategic guidance tailored to your business stage, with monthly progress tracking and ongoing support.

👥 Representative Policy

  • Up to three (3) authorized representatives may be registered under the company’s membership.

  • Only one (1) representative may use the shared workspace at a time.

  • All representatives must be direct employees or officially affiliated with the company. Third-party individuals, freelancers, or external contractors not formally linked to the company are not permitted.

  • Simultaneous use of private offices is allowed, with each representative using one office and consuming one credit per hour.

  • For teams with more than three representatives, please contact us for a custom corporate plan.

📅 Cancellation & Credit Policy

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • If not canceled on time, the credit will be deducted as if the space was used.

  • Credits may be transferred between authorized representatives under the same company membership.
    For example, if one representative cannot attend a reserved session, another authorized representative may use it, provided prior notice is given.

  • Credits do not roll over to the next month and cannot be transferred to other companies or external individuals.

📎 Additional Notes

  • All benefits renew monthly. Unused services or credits do not carry over.

  • Private offices must be reserved in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Documents received on-site will be stored for up to 30 days. Third-party pickups must present written authorization and valid ID.

  • Membership is subject to Sahada Coworking’s general terms and membership agreement.
